Focus on the present moment, what brings you peace, so much good can come from rest and stillness ๐
When you are feeling triggered and activated donโt try and snap out of it or ignore it.
Use it as an opportunity to self soothe, learn more deeply about yourself and be extra tender and loving with you until you feel safer and calmer again ๐
Donโt let the memories of laughing, playing board games with your family and tucking into a box of quality street, get clouded by diet culture messaging that will try to convince you that you now need to punish yourself and shrink your body this January ๐ซถ๐ป
