@JagexSupport I have provided transaction IDs for the last 6 months. And I’m still being denied my account recovery when I answer all the questions. I don’t remember my creation password from when I was 15 but give my current and an old one! Wtf man
@JagexSupport You guys really need to get a better support system. you post on your site about how you know emails can be deactivated and then expect ppl to remember everything on 14 year old accounts. but I can provide you all the current payment info and most of my old info!!
@OldSchoolRS how about we update customer support to have a live support that can help people recover their accounts instead of being locked out of them just because they cant provide their creation password on a 14 year old account.
@JagexSupport my account is 14 years old I don’t remember my password from when I was 15, but obviously I’m providing everything else and my requests are still getting denied. I’m active duty military I have played on and off since I was 15 help me please
@JagexSupport I have looked at this and done everything I have the info for multiple times and im still getting denied because I don't remember my passwords from 14 years ago. I have supplied to current payment info all of it and your mods keep denying me. need better help plz
@JagexSupport got a new phone and lost my authenticator, trying to recover my account but all your mods keep denying my requests I can literally provide all of my payment information. and the registered email I used is no longer active so I need help!!!!!!
@JagexAsh thanks tweeted at them hours ago and still no answer. wish you guys had some type of live support. 13 years and now I probably lost my account because I got a new phone. wild how jagex support system works so far.
@JagexKieren@JagexAsh Ive sent in multiple account recovery for my account and have been denied even though I can provide my credit card info and answered account recovery questions. the registered email has been disabled and I got a new phone so I cant use my authenticator!
@JagexSupport how do you deny my account recovery immediately? you obviously aren't even looking at when im sending in. you guys need better customer support. I lost my authenticator and now I cant even get my account because you guys don't answer
@OldSchoolRS you guys keep telling me to get my transaction ID numbers from a email that has been disabled!! you guys literally don't make any sense and now I cant get onto my account. ive had my account for 13+ years. wtf is wrong with you guys
