Resensitization Pdm meeting in Bukuuya subcounty and Bukuuya T/c RDC Ms @PheobehN has called upon the beneficiaries to use these funds to increase on household incomes in kassanda . She noted that each of the 92 parishes in kassanda has recieved 350 million shillings .

Lubaali -Kitumbi piped water system nears completion.
During a site meeting in lubaali for the piped water system were the project is expected to be handled over to the community next month.
The project funded by world Bank in partnership with Ministry of water and environment.

Kassanda District received 852 bags of 25kgs of fertiplus fertilizers from ministry of agriculture that were launched by the RDC from Myazi subcounty to be distributed to farmers with mature coffee trees in the District

Today we hosted the Hon Minister of State for Lands and Urban Development in Bukuya Constituency in Kassanda district. His major emphasis was on sensitization of the locals on their land rights and obligations. Our people are very ignorant about the law which calls for such.

As Kassanda District, we had the honor of hosting the Hon. Minister of State for Energy and Mineral Development, where we spent the day addressing and settling disputes among mining groups in Kitumbi-Kayonza, Mugobwa-Katugo, Kamusenene, and Lwensambya.
