I was wrong. The people spoke. Donald Trump has won. I’m devastated. I’m sad. But I accept the will of the people. I accept the results of the election. Because I love our democracy. Because I’m an American. That’s what we do.
The happiest part of my morning was deleting polymarkets, Nate Silver, RCP and electionbettingodds from my browser!
I really, rrrrrrrrreally do not enjoy presidential election years.
Our nation’s democratic system functioned last night and we have a new President-elect. All Americans are bound, whether we like the outcome or not, to accept the results of our elections. We now have a special responsibility, as citizens of the greatest nation on earth, to do everything we can to support and defend our Constitution, preserve the rule of law, and ensure that our institutions hold over these coming four years. Citizens across this country, our courts, members of the press and those serving in our federal, state and local governments must now be the guardrails of democracy.
There’s plenty to admire about Oprah Winfrey and the life she has lived. However, her statement last night suggesting you must vote because if Trump wins it may be the last chance you have to cast a ballot is over the top and ridiculous.
The closing argument from Harris and her surrogates is fear, not hope. More of the same if she wins.
If you’re still on the fence about voting in this election, think about what really matters – about the values we were taught, the kind of country we want to be, and how this is a moment when your vote really does count.
Your vote could determine the fate of our republic – the world that our children and grandchildren will inherit. It’s an awesome responsibility. But what an extraordinary privilege it is to live in a democracy that gives each of us the opportunity to make our voices heard.
Trump: They have already pulled out of a couple of states. Word is they pulled out of North Carolina and they cut all of their ads and they are using their money someplace else.I even heard they ran out of money. They don’t have any money

Donald Trump closes by calling Nancy Pelosi "an evil, sick, crazy b-.” (Trump mouthed the last word. “It starts with a ‘B’ but I won’t say it. I wanna say it!”)
JD Vance closes by calling Kamala Harris "trash."
If you're voting for Trump-Vance, this is who you're voting for.
I made my case for Harris in this article, but it comes down to my love for America, which started when I was growing up in the Soviet Union. Trump hates this country and everything that makes it great for anyone but him. Vote! 🇺🇸 https://t.co/5vsBRLGJfC
