Longest swim for a couple of years. 12.64km (7.9 miles) from the beach at Monk Coniston to Peel Island and back. The water was 14.8C on the way out, but dropped to 13.5C thanks to the rain and wind. Swim wasn't fast… https://t.co/tgwzcdXbrG
