Warm up and basic fitness (with the ball) - 15 mins
Ball mastery - loads of touches and skills - 10 mins
Rondo - 15 mins
Passing game - 15 mins

All good fun and the lads were engaged and smiling throughout.

@FootballGrf Ha! Quality! We have just done our first training session since March - I know what you mean about the cones. Great to be back though. Our lads (Wymondham Town u10s) behaved impeccably.
