@RandoxOfficial I need to speak with somebody ASAP. I have been on hold for 4 hours today and been cut off 6 times!! I ordered my tests on July 7th and in July 7th you said my tests were with TNT. TNT say they have never recieved the parcel and to contact you.

@Walktowork1 @daveymac52 @Ryanair I've tried that and they still say no. I'm a family of 5, all I wanted was to change flight to Greece and pay the difference but they want £800 of transfer fees!

@SkyNewsIsabel Hi Isabel, it should be known that @Ryanair are insisting on charging customers that wish to change the flight. I wanted to change to Greece and pay the difference of £100 but they want an extra £700 in flight change charges!
