He'd drive it down the fields, full of hay ,back seat boot that couldn't shut.

This is the munitions factory built after the Crimean war in 1899, after the Army went through a series of administrative changes following the abolition of the Board of Ordnance in 1855, after the Boardโs poor performance during the Crimean War.
@AliceB01973554 Pikeys round here ripped out the newly installed fibre cables, thinking it was copper..
