When it comes to emotional intelligence most, we are all a work in progress.
We all make lapses in judgement. We all at times allow our emotions to get the better of us and we’ve all impulsively reacted to something before realising what we’ve done is wrong.

The staple of ‘basic’ exercises we are told must be in our coaching arsenal are often too advanced for many of the people we deal with.
There is a common assumption that most people are physiologically sound when they come to us.
They’re not.
Even if a person is successful, much of society will notice and criticise the smallest mistakes.
Criticism and the fear of it pushes us towards doing nothing.
The only sure fire way in life to never be criticised.
