1/2 On a foggy day in 1990 I was lucky enough to go up the NatWest Tower in London (now called Tower 42). I had a poor quality camera with me.
Yesterday, 35 years later & just across the road I went up The Lookout @ 8 Bishopsgate & then @horizon22B.

Here are some then & nows.

No wander around London Docklands would be complete without a visit to the Grade II listed Blackwall Tunnel northern ventilation shaft. It was built in 1966 & designed by Terry Farrell - he of the MI6 building in Vauxhall. Sadly Farrell died a couple of weeks ago.

I asked Chat GPT to make a merger of Coalbrookdale by Night by Philip James de Loutherbourg, 1801, with Caspar David Friedrich's
Wanderer above the Sea of Fog, 1818. I really like the result. Also, I used to go out on a Saturday night.

@bt_uk Hi. I'm trying to speak to someone regarding a broadband fault. I'm in a text loop as automation is trying to get me to book an engineer. But we've had an engineer & he told us to speak to someone, but I can't get through to a human. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
