@adamsonjon@clifford0584 By most common assume you mean per tournament eg a player only has c. 16 shots at a hole in one vs way more at a 9 darter? Would be interested to know per attempt what is the most common event
For those who don't fully understand what is up with the NHS, here is a thread for you that might help.
I'm a consultant physician working as a doctor in the NHS in Yorkshire and Wales for 32 years now. I have experienced the NHS at its best (2008) and its worst (2022).
@benjonescricket@CricViz Interesting but are all chances equal? Eg if Warner offers more dollies than ML, actually the lower % could be a sign of skill? Is there any kind of ‘expected catch value’ of shots similar to xG in football?
Dare I say, if you listen to anything today spare a few minutes on this. As my good friend @cloughranuk said in another context this week, what are we becoming? #facts
NEW: probably the most important Covid chart I’ve made
As Delta goes global, it’s a tale of two pandemics, as the heavily-vaccinated Western world talks of reopening while deaths across Africa and Asia soar to record highs
My story with @davidpilling https://t.co/OOf4YQmkqO
@holland_tom It’s skewed by the age of each area’s population - London has a significantly younger population who wouldn’t have been vaccine eligible until more recently
IT’S A DISGRACE. My sis-in-law is a primary school teacher at breaking point. She gives virtual lessons & also actual lessons to kids of key workers who still come into school. Her younger staff are too ‘stressed’ & are off work. She also has 2 of her own kids at home.
Newton Charity Day - we're working with the incredible @GreaterChangeUK - helping people take huge steps out of homelessness with a really neat funding approach.

@TomHadwin2@KateFinnnnn@EddieHearn So do you think 41k haven’t died - wake up. The population of the uk is not 145m. It’s also not really a survival rate is it? By your picture we shouldn’t care about murders (99.999% didn’t get murdered what’s the issue) or wars. Confident who the 🤡 is here
@NateSilver538 Can you explain what it would be helpful for? If it’s unique to COVID but low prevalence of presentation sure it’s nice to know but doesn’t stop the spread much? Surely more helpful to know the high prevalence and couple with good testing access
@Blades_analytic Is there any way to judge quality/outcome of press within these numbers - is a high frequency but solo presser less effective p90 than a well-coordinated team/pack press? Could just be a headless chicken...
I am an NHS nurse and not social media savvy - I only have 106 followers & I’m OK with that. I want to show how Covid-19 can spread VERY easily from 1 person to millions. Share this and show those who are not listening how easily things spread. 1 retweet is like touching 1 person
Less than half the trains run by Yorkshire's biggest rail operator arrived on time last month as performance plunged to their lowest since last year's timetable chaos
This is holding us back as a sector - We need serious progress, not broken promises😡
