@virginmedia missold a package by one advisor, another advisor agreed and said he would rectify (didn’t) the next advisor put me on hold then cancelled the call. Awful customer service and the resolutions team ignore the issues.

At no point was this mentioned, if it had been I would have taken out the agreement. Further communication dealing with this has included more lies
