@TheFCA Hi I need your help please. @thetrainline sold me insurance for my train journey that was advertised as providing cover for Covid, typically my wife and I were struck down with Covid and now @thetrainline won't honour the insurance. I've tried contacting them to no avail.

@thetrainline can you sort out the insurance claim that you sold me that covered Covid but suddenly didn't when I contracted Covid please? And look at @MeechyMike & @rachelcantsleep claims for the same scam please! If not i'm sure the @TheFCA will.

@thetrainline I'm not giving up! I will keep on!! You have scammed me and upon reading other Tweets you have scammed many others. Offering insurance that clearly covered Covid at the time and then refusing to pay out when my wife and I got Covid is a complete scam.
