@SteveSpeirs4 What you need to try is a boneless lamb shoulder and Laverbread rolled then roasted , spread the laverbread as though it was jam then roll and tie . It’s an old Welsh recipe 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿👍
