@CitizensAdvice could I ask whether a company can have access to your property without your permission? Even with no Wayleave agreement in place OR access through a neighbours garden! Is taking photos on my private property a breach of GDPR? @WeAreOpenreach

@WeAreOpenreach on my property again without even knocking the door, is there no standards for your company? Did you guys not learn from last time after one of your sub contractors attempt to break into my side gate to access a pole! Ridiculous!
@BTGroup the amount of times I’ve been messed around by you guys in the past and still have internet constantly cutting out on a hardwire is terrible - uninterrupted internet… should be installed everywhere! #lookafteryouroutstandingcustomers
@bt_uk Apologies for being a moaning myrtle just obviously frustrating what I’ve been through with you guys and have these issues still and paying extra for Wi-Fi discs to hardwire and still not great.
@bt_uk Constantly slow…. Or lagging. The other day I had a download speed of 4mbps. I have Wi-Fi discs around the house. This point I’ve disconnected everything apart from my PlayStation from the internet and still not great.
