@EvolvereKratia Thank you. Israel’s conduct has been horrific. Israel needs to be out of the West Bank and settlements there dismantled. But the wider problem is fundamentalist religion both in Israel (e.g. settlers) and elsewhere in the Middle East.

Social Security is not a welfare program. It is an earned benefit, paid for by its future recipients. And it's not broke.

Social security is our money. Let's keep it that way. Let's boldly say "NO!" to any Republican attempt to tamper with Social Security!

As a former trustee of Social Security, I'm worried the program is in danger of running dry. Why?

As the rich have gotten richer, more of their income has escaped the cap on the SS payroll tax.
