The US government is broken. The congress has not passed a fiscal year budget since 1997. That's nearly 30 years! We should scrap congress and elect new members with mandatory term limits and no perks, with a mandate to pass a balanced budget every year or they don't get paid.

@elonmusk it may be small, but there is major duplication of work between the IRS and the Census Bureau. Inter-agency communication would reduce data requirements.
