I went to one of these and it actually made my mental health worse. I was getting a bit better at having a positive outlook but all the talk of how the immigrants and PM are ruining the country sent me spiralling. Also I hate walking.

It’s a safe space to talk, listen, or just walk in peace. No judgement. No pressure. Just good people supporting good people.

We meet at The Thatchers Arms, in Brentwood at 8am and head out into the beautiful Brentwood countryside. We get fresh air, clear the head, and finish back at the pub for a well earned cup of tea and a chat.

Men of all ages are welcome.
Come on your own. Bring a mate. Or just turn up and meet new ones. You’re all welcome.

If you’ve had a tough week, this is for you. If life’s good at the moment, come and help lift someone else. If you just fancy a positive start to your Sunday…. this is for you.

I’m using my platform for good, and I’ll always stand up for men and mental health. If I can help even one person feel less alone, it’s worth it. It makes me laugh the amount of nonsense I see made up about me on here…..But end of the day I’ just someone who’s down alright for themselves and wants to use their platform for good, I’m all about supporting and helping others…. I know what it is like when it’s tough.
