Hey @nzpost you guys suck. You confirmed you picked up my parcel, you have lost it and despite no way of being able to tell that it contained vouchers, because it does you won't cover it. If it was stolen from the delivery house, then sure but YOU lost it in your warehouse.

@nzpost Yes, your customer team have advised me now that they can't be shipped, but my argument is there is no way to know that's what's in the parcel and it was lost IN YOUR DEPOT. I am the sender

@aunties_the Yes I've worked with your team, they are lovely and apologetic, but say nothing can be done. This has made me, and the family very sad and our bank account hurt as I've had to do a belated online shop for them - nothing like taking away agency of doing your own shopping...

This belongs to a charity, and we (@aunties_the) are now over $800 out of pocket and a family didn't get their Christmas treats. It was lost in your depot, the others picked up at the same time were delivered 2 days later. Boo to you!

@MaryWomble Turn all coat hangers one way, when you put something back after washing you put the hanger the opposite way. In a preset amount of time you get rid of anything facing the original way.
