@ProfRScolyerMIA Scanxiety is certainly real. We had results today of the first scan post surgery, radio, initial chemo and trial drug (Olaparib) for my mum (68, methylated). Overall pretty positive. Growth has severely slowed - it was very aggressive. Now onto 5/23 TMZ for 6 cycles. Stay strong

This week I was honoured to deliver an opening keynote at the Offshore Wind Congress organised by the Spanish Wind Energy association, @aeeolica.

Offshore wind in Spain is ready to take off. By the end of 2023, the long-awaited regulatory framework for its development will be launched by the Spanish Government. 🇪🇸 has a significant manufacturing and logistics footprint that is ready to deliver. The regulatory framework aims to provide the long-term clarity that the industry needs to progress projects at pace.

The congress brought together all parts of the wind energy value chain to share knowledge and experiences. Congratulations to the whole team for organising such an excellent event.

A Doctor in the UK commits suicide every 3 weeks. It becomes once a week when all medical professions are taken into account. Why don’t we hear more about this on the news?
