Exercise and activities are undertaken while working, playing, carrying out household chores, traveling, and engaging in recreational pursuits. The amount needed depends on your age group but adults aged 18-64 should do at least 150 minutes of physical activity a week.
The Walk to Save Black Men's Lives Event. HTTI's LPN students had took part in "Save Our Black Men," an outreach program sponsored by Temple University Hospital. This initiative's goal is to address the specific health challenges and disparities Black men face in the community.
