Great point @bheki_moyo! Log frames are ok for gathering info into a format, but to be of any value (even to funders) stories have to be pulled out and shared. Log frames bury impact stories unless translated and shared.

We need a Civil Society Scorecard on Municipal Governance. That they get rated on EVERY QUARTER. Like when we were in school. How many service requests they completed. How many things they fixed. Damn I wish I had the time. There are civil society bodies that can do it.
