Rwanda and France have signed two Memorandums of Understanding aimed at deepening cooperation on migration and improving opportunities for the dependents of diplomats and official mission staff serving in each country.

The agreements will strengthen legal migration cooperation, enhance administrative coordination between both governments, and allow eligible spouses and dependents of diplomatic personnel to access employment opportunities while posted abroad.

The move reflects growing trust and expanding people-to-people ties between Kigali and Paris, marking another step forward in the normalization and strengthening of Rwanda–France relations. #FactsOnRwanda
