I'm enquiring about my order & how only 1 item arrived & no word about other. I cant get into my orders on my account to see if anything is said there but any other item I can't get into no problem, which suggests something is askew.

@JDSports Need information asap. Ordered item on 13th Dec but the app is saying "still processing" this has happened twice before & outcome was no stock & I had to wait another week before refund. Phil ๐๐ผ

@parcelforce Need help with delivery. It's took longer coming from a Glasgow mail center than it has from Germany. 3rd December Royal Mail picked item up. I appreciate it's holiday season & covid 19 has made life difficult but it's getting farcical now.
@XiaomiUK It's all well & good boasting about #mifriday but when will deliveries be made. It's now 5 days from my order & it's still saying item is just been paid, surely it should have made its way to processing by now.

@sizehelpteam ordered hoodie on 13th June but no sign of it moving from it saying processed, at the same time I've had items from other shops in the JDs owned shops & they've delivered. Sent 2 emails but no reply. Could someone help?
