Law enforcement and self defense training advise if we have to defend our lives we must shoot a minimum of 2 shots and however many shots it takes to kill the threat. If we were to shoot at nonvital organs of a violent person they can live and attack someone later. And if they end up permanently maimed then taxpayers will probably have to pay for the disability for that persons lifetime. So is best to kill them and be done with it.

Umm really? When I was a kid here in the U.S. Midwest we use to see many 100+ degree days every summer. Now it is rare we see even 1 100 degree days in a summer.
Rural areas are not seeing the global warming you folks are harping about. Cities however are warming up because of the hot island effect due to less vegetation and more streets and sidewalks. You need to move the temperature sensors that you get your data from out of the center of cities so we can get real global weather data. You are relying on manipulated false data and because many of you people rarely leave the city, you only see things warming up every year.
