Malfunctional mechanical aortic valve (21mm) due to thrombosis. Mean PG was over 80mmHg.
Ended up Nicks plus Konno enabled 23mm tissue valve to be sewn in. @BrighamCardiac

Some patients still live with such stenotic mitral valve which has less opening than 1/4 inch tubing(picture on the right). CUSA is a life saver to clean the MAC for proper suture placement for valve replacement. #cusa #mitral stenosis
