@swearimnotpaul Actually refreshing that England isn't the 'be-all and end-all' anymore. There was a good discussion the night of Heimir's 'meet the fans' about just that & how players playing in different European leagues can bring something different to the table!
On July 4th, America's 250th birthday, it will be quite the scene in the Scenic City

We all want @WPSL to be aware that moving a match last minute to a venue that is 30 minutes further away and starting it 60 minutes earlier is not something we appreciate as a club with a fan base that travels well.
20-30 people who were planning to attend can no longer go.

Carolina Core FC today announced a reorganization within the club’s sporting staff, focused on the organization’s long-term vision and future direction. Four members of the sporting staff will leave.
The sporting staff members who are departing are:
Eddie Pope, Chief Sporting Officer
Donovan Ricketts, Head Coach
Amado Guevara, Assistant Coach
Andy Williams, Assistant General Manager / Head Scout
“We are grateful for the contributions that each of these individuals provided to Carolina Core FC,” said Megan Oglesby, Principal Investor. “These decisions are never easy, but we believe they are necessary as we continue building the culture, standards, and competitive future we envision for this club. We wish each of the departing staff members success in their future endeavors.”
The club will begin a search for its next head coach in the coming weeks. Effective immediately, Jake Davis, who has served as the Goalkeeper Coach and Analyst, will serve as the Interim Head Coach.
