Yesterday was an amazing day for me. Being ranked #33 in the nation, hitting a 4kg pr on the snatch of 78kg/172lbs, and claiming a 1st division at districts with my solo on my alto sax. The work is paying off but we can’t stop.

We gotta get stronger. Yesterday in weight training class I hit a pr back squat of 290lbs. Working hard towards becoming better and it’s paying off.

The build towards @KohlsSnapping Underclassman Challenge continues. I just hit 225lbs on Bench, which is a huge milestone. Also I videoed 4 consecutive snaps. Looking forward to competing against the best in Florida.

What a day. Hit 2 personal bests, 95kg(209lbs) in the Power Clean +Jerk and 100kg(220lbs) in the Clean + Jerk. Getting stronger and more prepared as Underclassmen Challenge is only one week away.

Late post, but I smashed my pr total by 12kg yesterday while getting both Snatch and Clean and Jerk prs. The goal is getting stronger while I gain weight and it’s going well.

Snatch: 74kg/163lbs
Clean and Jerk: 95kg/209lbs

Just finished up competing in the motor city barbell summer slam. Really happy to compete and ended with a 146kg or 321lbs total which qualified me to states.
