Absolutely disgusted with the service I've received from @VodafoneUK. Not only did it take 1.5 weeks for them to deliver my new phone (even though I was told next day delivery) I now haven't had service on said phone for six days because I asked to switch to an e-sim. 1/?

There is simply no excuse for this embarrassing lack of customer service!

This must be resolved today and compensation WILL be sought.
