This is how Amazon delivery working in India. My ordered product is returned to seller by Amazon delivery agent without contacting me. Also blocked my mobile number. In this matter also Amazon customer support can't do anything. @amazon @JeffBezos @amazonI @AmazonHelp

Why you not Blacklisting that delivery agent/delivery boy?

From 10 days I request to initiate refund and croma process regarding Refund and assured to initiate as earliest. And today he told the order is delivered today to you. Fraud eCommerce site #croma I have seen ever @RNTata2000 @cromaretail

Croma terms and conditions is to credit amount within 7-10 working days but there is no refund in almost 14 working days. I did almost daily call to croma helpline but there is no response from Croma helpline team @cromaretail @RNTata2000
