It was the very saddest of news that circulated around this morning as the town lost a legend in Sean “Corky” Keogh. The word Legend is often overused but not in Sean Keogh’s case.Corky’s fantastic personality and wit made him one of the most popular and loved people in the town.
Everyone associated with Edenderry Town FC were very saddened at news of the passing of Matty Poynton yesterday morning. Matty touched the hearts of everyone he has come across in his many years involved in the club.
@Dylan_Crampton @LFCLaurie Totally agree but so hard to get a balance, the great Barcelona team were so good because they had the ball 70% of the time avoiding defending, there hasn’t been a team to be so equally as good going both ways. M’mon the pool
Our thoughts and prayers are with club legend & Vice President Seán Keogh who is currently in Tullamore General Hospital. Get well soon Corky from all at ETFC.
Let it be noted that EVERY mainstream media outlet and journalist are complicit in this madness , the lack of balance in our national media is actually frightening and akin to something in North Korea.
