The video technique got slightly better from a different location for @PhilippaRuns in the 60m - a canny time of 7.98 seconds & the 2nd occasion she's ran that exact time in Manchester over that distance - she's happy with her races today 👍

Northern 100m Hurdles Champion
6th I'm 100m Hurdles at English Championships then 6th in my 100m heat at British Championships last weekend
