@OrgMetallics @94peter Gloves can be useful but it’s important to understand their limitations. Simple Latex gloves for example are penetrated in seconds by chlorinated solvents and will result in increased absorption in that case. I feel like the employees should be able to make informed decisions.
@NMRspectroscopy I once prepared two samples, one in CDCl3 and one in CHCl3 to measure Deuterium NMR. I got the samples mixed up and submitted them for NMR with the wrong labels. The NMR department was not very amused. 😅
Why @Wiley_VCH@angew_chem ? We don't really need the feed the obsessive h-index/citation beast further by starting to index people by some pre-defined roles? Why this obsession with trying to quantity the share of each co-author on a paper? They are ALL important.
