@VerizonSupport Agent tried troubleshooting router on 11/24 & determined new one is needed. Ordered w/ comp 24 hr ship. Never received. Called 11/26 no record o order. Reordered again 24 hr ship. Never received. Chat agents were NO help said 3-4 more days. Ive wasted 3 hrs of time to get fixed.
