The #Browns are a business.

In business, you either find value in a bad contract—or accept the loss.

Both are costly lessons. But only one risks the team, the locker room, the fanbase and, ultimately… your bottom line.

As I've said many times, he may have the only contract in NFL history that has been, and still is, uncuttable and untradeable (current dead Cap is $127 million).
Whether he plays or not, he's not going anywhere.

@AdamSchefter NGL, naming Watson the Wk 1 starter makes no logical football sense if the goal is putting this team in the best position to win.

Add the tension btw him and the fanbase, and this feels intentional—like the Browns are working toward a different agenda.

I feel for Browns fans.
