@AmericanAir for a long time flight was $450 RT now $680 and I was charged $371 to change my tickets because I fly for medical reasons and need to stay longer to get the procedures. Just venting. I see how this airline is now. I can make a change and take my money elsewhere.

@AmericanAir lesson learned. After using them for air travel forever and now being sick and treated like this. #done. When companies show you who they are believe them. I will take my money elsewhere.

@AmericanAir anyone who uses American airline for travel for medical purposes please note they will charge you almost $400 to make a change if you have to stay longer to have a medical procedure. In the past the fee was waived. I have to find another airline to give my money.
