Shame on you @Cosmo in Oxford for the way you treated my son & friends, who we booked a table to celebrate his 17th birthday. They didn't care nor offered any help to one of the group who couldn't get into the restaurant as they were in a wheel chair, so ended up going elsewhere.

Why is Government IT so crap at times, we continue to get an error message when using the @DVLAgovuk website to try and change a driving test and when I emailed their customer services team was told they will respond in 10 days - just brilliant support!

Fun day out at the London Stadium today taking my folks to watch @WestHam #ClaretAndBlue for a birthday treat! We also bumped into an old friend and work colleague - Pete & his wife Barbara at the train station, which helped make the day very special.
