The real difficulty is moral and cognitive discipline, not ability.
Mastery of Thinking (the real starting point)
The first and hardest step is learning to think clearly, calmly, and without distraction.
Most people believe clairvoyance is about “seeing more,” this must be flipped:
•You must first learn to think without drifting, fantasizing, or reacting
•Thinking must become intentional, steady, and precise
Why this is hard:
•The mind constantly wanders
•Desires, fears, and impulses distort perception
•People mistake imagination for insight
Without disciplined thinking, clairvoyance becomes self-deception.
⸻
Emotional Purification
(detachment from desire)
The second major obstacle is your own emotional life.
To perceive objectively, you must:
•Not project your wishes into what you “see”
•Not interpret experiences based on fear, vanity, or attraction
Why this is hard:
•Humans naturally want things to be a certain way
•Subtle perception amplifies these distortions
So instead of seeing truth, you see:
•What you hope for
•What you fear
•What flatters your ego
This is why many “clairvoyants”
are unreliable, they’re reading themselves, not reality.
⸻
Tolerance of Inner Emptiness.
One of Dr Steiner’s more uncomfortable teachings:
before higher perception develops,
you pass through a stage of inner dryness or emptiness.
•No visions
•No inspiration
•Just disciplined effort with no reward
Why this is hard:
•People expect quick results
•The ego wants confirmation and progress
Steiner sees this phase as essential:
it builds independence from stimulation, which is necessary for real perception.
⸻
Courage in Facing the Unknown.
When perception begins to change,
it can be destabilizing.
Steiner emphasizes:
•You must develop inner courage and composure
•You cannot panic or become fascinated
Why this is hard:
•The boundary between inner and outer experience starts to blur
•You may encounter unfamiliar symbolic or imaginal content
Without courage, people either:
•Shut down
•Or get lost in it
⸻
Patience Over Sensation.
Perhaps the biggest trap:
wanting experiences.
Steiner is very clear:
•The desire to “see something” blocks real development
•Genuine clairvoyance comes indirectly, as a byproduct of inner work
Why this is hard:
•Modern spirituality chases peak experiences
•People measure progress by intensity, not clarity
⸻
For Steiner, the hardest part of clairvoyance is becoming a person who cannot be deceived by their own mind.
It is your turn to slowly awaken.
most suffering is useless mechanical suffering—worrying, complaining, resentment, self-pity, and being pushed around by emotions. This kind of suffering does not awaken a person.
The greatest enemies on the spiritual path are already inside you.
Before real knowledge becomes possible, every seeker encounters 3 "beasts" at the Threshold.
Not demons — but the untransformed shapes of your own soul.
The first beast is fear in the will.
The quiet refusal to become who you know you're meant to be.
It whispers:
"Don't go too far."
"Stay comfortable."
"Don't take responsibility."
Fear doesn't just stop action — it bends the will out of shape.
The antidote isn't recklessness.
It’s courage for truth: the willingness to know… and to bear the consequences.
The second beast is mockery in feeling.
Modern culture laughs at everything.
Irony becomes armor.
Sarcasm becomes intelligence.
Nothing is allowed to be sacred.
But Dr Steiner says this is emptiness.
A soul that cannot admire, love, or stand in awe loses the warmth needed to perceive the spiritual world.
The cure is simple but difficult:
Let yourself be moved.
Admire beauty.
Love truth.
Approach reality with reverence instead of cynicism.
The third beast is doubt in thinking.
Not healthy skepticism — paralyzing skepticism.
The mindset that deconstructs everything but commits to nothing.
Thinking becomes passive, observing life instead of shaping it.
The answer is disciplined, creative thinking — thinking alive enough to become an organ of perception.
Fear says: Don’t go.
Mockery says: Don’t care.
Doubt says: You’ll never know anyway.
Together they imprison consciousness inside the sensory world.
But when the will gains courage...
When feeling regains warmth...
When thinking becomes active...
Wings begin to grow.
The forces that once chained you become the powers that carry you across the abyss.
The beasts were never meant to be destroyed.
They were meant to be transformed.
Every act of courage weakens the first.
Every moment of reverence weakens the second.
Every disciplined thought weakens the third.
The Threshold is crossed not by escaping yourself...
...but by becoming the self you were meant to be.
Compulsive masturbation/gooning is a nervous system in extreme distress looking for emergency relief.
Stress creates tension, orgasm briefly quiets it but then evil prolactin rises and the vicious cycle repeats.
It is self-medication of a very stressed and very much disturbed organism: sympathetic tension, loneliness, emotional pain and dysphoria create pressure, then orgasm provides a brief dopaminergic escape followed by prolactin-driven sedation. Temporary sedative. That’s what it is. You’re disturbed.
Healthy high libido is expansive. Stress-driven sexuality is urgent, repetitive and briefly anesthetising. Elevated stress hormones, estrogenic signalling and prolactin turns sex into a frantic short-lived escape from dysphoria rather than an expression of real vitality. No bueno, mate.
You’re running on estrogen and stress hormones and that’s why you’re doing it to yourself, my guy. Read Ray Peat and @BerbarianWizard
Your attractions and repulsions are the map of your karmic biography.
The things you instantly understand, the subjects that fascinate you endlessly, and the things you instinctively avoid are not psychological accidents.
They are echoes of who you were and what your soul cultivated before birth.
Dr Steiner says the soul carries 3 karmic residues into every incarnation:
• Capacities —> what you can do with little or no training.
• Interests —> what magnetically pulls you throughout life.
• Antipathies —> what you resist, avoid, or cannot understand.
These are not random personality traits.
They are the outer expression of your karmic history.
"The human being reveals his former lives through what he loves, what he hates, and what he understands without effort."
Think about your own life:
"I've always been good at this."
"I understood this immediately."
"I don't know why, but I've always been fascinated by this."
"I simply don't care about that at all."
Each of these reactions is a clue.
Anything that comes naturally may be something your soul practiced across previous incarnations — a capacity you need to fulfill your mission in this one.
Steiner compares these abilities to spiritual muscles, strengthened long before birth.
"What we understand immediately is what we have practiced before."
But our deepest fascinations are different.
What continually calls to you — the book you can’t stop reading, the culture that feels mysteriously familiar, the subject you feel compelled to master, — these are unfinished karmic tasks.
They are threads pulling the soul toward experiences it once began but did not complete.
"The soul is drawn to what it has begun but not finished."
Even indifference has meaning.
When one person feels destiny standing before a subject while another feels nothing, Steiner says this contrast is itself significant.
Sometimes indifference is avoidance.
But often it signals karmic completion — a field whose lessons were already harvested in another life.
This is why comparing yourself to others matters.
Your individuality becomes visible through contrast.
When something awakens your entire being while others remain unmoved...
When you instantly grasp what others struggle with...
When your friend dedicates their life to something you cannot imagine caring about...
You are witnessing different karmic biographies expressing themselves.
This the beginning of karmic self-knowledge.
Steiner's exercise is simple:
Observe what attracts you.
Observe what repels you.
Observe what you understand effortlessly.
Observe what leaves you completely indifferent.
Compare these patterns with those of others.
Write them down.
Treat them as clues, not coincidences.
These sympathies and antipathies are the letters of your karmic script — your loves, dislikes, talents, longings, and unfinished work.
Together, they form a map of your spiritual history.
Your soul remembers more than your mind ever could.
Throughout life, we are collecting experiences of what kind of world we inwardly affirm, reject, love, fear, and strive toward. After death, these experiences are not discarded; they become seeds for future existence.
You must avoid having guilt and shame at all costs
Guilt and shame are the lowest of low frequencies
Most arent even aware of this
When you are vibrating on the frequency of guilt or shame you are in the lowest possible state of being
In hell
Now what do you think you attract when you are in a low frequency? More low frequency entities
Scarcity is low frequency . Struggle is low frequency .
This is why some people cant seem to outrun misfortune
This is why it is so important to live in alignment with a total clear conscience
You simply cannot ascend into higher states of being without getting rid of your guilt and shame
Mastering the inner world begins with developing conscious control over three forces within the soul:
Thinking, Feeling, and Willing.
This does not mean suppressing emotions or escaping life,
but transforming the chaos inside into something ordered, awake, and morally free.
The first step toward higher knowledge is the development of control over one’s thoughts.
Most people’s thoughts are pulled around by instincts, moods, social pressure, and unconscious habits.
Inner mastery starts when you can direct your attention deliberately instead of being dragged by every impulse.
—Master thinking.
Hold one clear thought steadily.
Think logically and consciously instead of reactively.
Learn concentration and inner silence.
Start with focusing on a simple object for several minutes without mental drifting.
—Purify feeling
Not becoming emotionless, but becoming inwardly balanced.
Avoid swinging wildly between enthusiasm and despair..Basically do the opposite of what happens in Movies. Life should never burn you out emotionally, no matter what is going on.
Develop reverence, gratitude, courage, and calmness. Even if this takes a ten thousand pages, get to work.
Uncontrolled emotional reactions are seen as openings for confusion and manipulation.
—Strengthen the will.
Do small actions intentionally every day.
Keep promises to yourself.
Act from conscious choice rather than habit.
Your willpower is built through repeated deliberate acts, even tiny ones.
—Create inner harmony.
Thinking becomes clear.
Feeling becomes noble.
Will becomes disciplined.
Then the soul becomes ordered rather than fragmented.
A human being becomes truly free when actions arise from conscious moral intuition instead of blind instinct or external authority.
—The Philosophy of Freedom
For every one step in spiritual perception, take three steps in moral development.
Meaning: inner power without ethical development becomes dangerous or delusional.

Mastering the inner world was not withdrawal from life — it was becoming so inwardly awake that the outer world no longer ruled you unconsciously.
This is the first time in history that a man can get rich easily. The only problem is he doesn’t know which jar to put his hand in because there are too many.
