Work like this takes months, and it doesn't happen on its own. If you believe there should be someone reading the notes nobody else reads, asking the questions nobody answers, and reporting what they find, fairly and accurately, however uncomfortable, then this is the moment to say so.

Under statutory majority rule, when both Election Commissioners agree against the CEC, their joint view becomes the Commission’s binding decision and the CEC’s opinion a dissent. The ECI Secretariat must enforce this ruling, leaving no ground for the ECs to plead helplessness.

When his father stepped in to intervene, he was beaten as well. Even after this incident, the police remained indifferent. The family had to go to the hospital without any police protection. There, too, 200-300 BJP goons were waiting; they assaulted Abdul and his father again. Yet the police were nowhere to be found throughout this ordeal. When Abdul's family went to the police station to file a complaint, the BJP goons prevented them from even entering..."
