@LoftforWords I’ve just read it Clive - very good, and to be honest I think you could have been a whole lot harsher. Walsh got off very lightly from you really, when I think that was a performance from someone either not ready for this level, or never capable of it.
So @LoftforWords are you just sooo hacked off and angry after Southampton that you can’t face writing a match report?! We’ve been waiting to peruse your rant….
@paulfinney1969 Couldn’t agree more. Need him now. I can’t believe we let him leave. Vale has been ok at 10 but he showed today that he can’t play in midfield.
@lefthookqpr He was completely shocking. Looked fat and unfit. Couldn’t pass. Long balls punted out of play. Yes he made 2 or 3 good blocks but that was because he gave the ball away constantly. We are paying £30k a week for that rubbish. He’d had a big Xmas Day and he didn’t turn up.
@LoftforWords First half was a disgrace. Second to absolutely everything. Our goal kick…the oppo have a free header. Where is the professional pride?! 2nd half better, so take the point. But generally another opportunity missed.
@dave_barton76 There’s a bigger issue at play however - we have a decent squad (without an 8 & keeper), but we are playing dreadful, hopeless football. One good half against Hull in three games. Today we could neither win the ball or pass it to a hooped shirt.
@MattWinton2 Completely agree. It’s more frustrating than last season as this is a decent squad. That was shockingly bad. Where’s all this experience he’s supposed to have in three game weeks. Warburton would have this quality squad in the top eight.
Thanks to @paulfinney1969 I had the pleasure of sharing the ‘joys’ of being a QPR fan on the latest Open All Rs podcast last night….apologies for the rant! #qpr
