My father, Gus Kayafas, is the truest example of philotimo in my life, always caring for his children, his wife, and most of all, his church. I see in all he does that "every trace of self has been filtered out" (St. Paisios), and I hope I can do just that.

During my time at 'The Greeks', I was always treated like family by our manager, Dafis, and when he decided to close business and move away, he was extremely supportive of me taking on my own gyro venture...

He sold me my first gyro machine for a measly $100, and here we are!
