@stevesaylor Have you looked into devises like esight ? My wife got one and was life changing. You can plug anything that has hdmi . Allows zoom to a degree that is quite astonishing. You can use it for practical things as well .

@Gameonysus Heat will feel good . If you can take a hot bath . My gym has a sauna and a hot tub and that seemed to help . Good sleep helps heal . Some days you will feel more sore than others . Take a day off .

@Luceobrien Yes .my lw and I were in ahead on collision with a person going the wrong way texting . My lw was legally blind so I had to drive everyplace . Till this day every time I’m on that road I have flashbacks and hold on tight . We were lucky thankfully no injuries.
