@edzollars @AICPA My guess is the discussion was around not being able to include the taxes in the forgiveness calculation if you were deferring payment of ER taxes and someone just took really bad not notes. I’ve seen so many incorrect calculators over the last week including banks, ADP and Gusto

Page 3 of the application says that most applicants will use average monthly payroll for 2019. But elsewhere, including the AICPA’s template, there is language of the preceding 12 months.
