@Dalbodog I'm very sorry for your loss. I too had to say goodbye (For now) to my 15 yr old Bichon Fraser. I highly recommend this book.., Only Gone From My Sight by Jack McAfghan / Kate McMahan

When kids stay past their time, the become dependent and lazy. I don't want that for my son. I don't expect you to understand.
