This was that exact dub. I played the crap out of this on tape. Cringed through the bad voice acting, mesmerized by everything else, confused by the changes from the show I would watch from my brother's recordings of it when "Robotech" aired.

It's a condensed retelling of my favorite show from the 80's. I don't like all the changes they made, but it's still really good. The animation and design is top-notch, as is the music.

The English dub I saw on VHS was hilariously bad.
