New Zealand just approved a new law that gives parents paid parental leave after a miscarriage.

It's believed to be among the first such laws in the world, and applies to couples who lose a baby at any point in the pregnancy.

These deadly, but intriguing #ConeSnails seem to have evolved an interesting ability.

Researchers from @uni_copenhagen believe they are able to produce venom that mimics bristle worm pheromones in order to lure in prey! Read more below.

Good news alert! Somali sengi has been rediscovered by science after it was last seen in the 1970's. It was discovered in Djibouti, which was not thought to be part of its range. DNA evidence shows this cutie is part of a new genus Galegeeska.
