@CharisseVanHorn It is even for the quiet and peaceful surroundings. I grew up wanting to go to the sanctuary at our church when I was overwhelmed. Especially as a teenager. It taught me to look around and see the others there who prove #YouAreNotAloneInSadness and grief and suicidal ideation.

Exactly! Also, talk to a pastor or Priest because they are great listeners. I can walk into our parish and even lighting a candle and sitting in the quiet sanctuary helps. If one goes into the office and asks for prayer they’d be surprised who will pray right then w/ them.

I’m submitting my report this evening where a friend who works in the PD here is helping me get my entire amalgam of evidence together. I broke my foot and needed mobile people to help, so it’s getting done. I have had a rough time with this. No lie. But our family here is ♥️
