@chat_hub98855 if you want to assist then train your drivers to not mishandle packages, deliver them to the wrong address, drive unsafely and stay off their phones while they're driving. This is just one experience out of many. I just expect when someone ships FedEx for there to be an issue.

@RockAuto_Parts I humbly recommend you find a more reliable shipper. @FedEx just mangled your delivery and I hope you make them pay for the refund you issued me. This is their own delivery picture. The driver doesn't even care! I have consistently seen more issues with them.

@TurtleBeach - Need to look into product reliability and quality. I owned Stealth 700 Series 3 XBox for 1 month before they bricked, totally unresponsive. Prior to that, Series 600 Earpiece to Headband connector broke after about a year.

I put in tickets for the 700, waiting...

I got my money back through credit card dispute and in the meantime filed multiple complaints with attorney generals and advocacy agencies.
