Could someone @AST_arsenal please address the issue of Arsenal Direct with the Club. A club of this size should not be delivering the shocking customer experience that its online store provides. It’s shambolic. Customer service is non-existent. Currently 1.4 on Trustpilot.

It’s a stain on the club. Awful service. Can’t speak to anyone. Only avenue to discuss is a online message service which takes weeks for a reply. @AST_arsenal The Club obviously isn’t interested. Fans losing money, waiting weeks for refunds on lost or faulty products. #help
