@litlraspberi@mueranseporfa Barbie being pansexual doesn't make her any less valid as sapphic representation, and one ship not becoming canon/sailing doesn't erase the other sapphic relationships in the franchise
Her and Kendra were in the rocks last time we left them
@litlraspberi@mueranseporfa Someone who isn’t real at all. This show owes y’all nothing. You can want more sapphic and lesbian rep or whatever, but the show doesn’t owe you that. What happened to headcanons for unconfirmed characters? Fanfiction? Etc.
Sick of y’all
@Dz_Su_@yerw0_ I only cuss like that when particularly mad
Always have
Even before HB, so.
Swearing that frequently ain’t new
You should hear the people I used to go to school with.
I HATED how they spoke back then
Me now? I honestly don’t give a damn.
8/8 I see the vision, even if the execution isn’t perfect.
Stolas reconciling with Octavia was easy
And part of that comes from his connections
Despite being banished, he had a few connections
Meanwhile Blitzø can’t reconnect with his sister.
1/8
I think Stolas and Octavia’s reconciliation makes sense emotionally, even if the execution feels a little rushed. I can agree with that criticism to a degree. But I also think there’s more to their relationship than what we’ve seen so far.
Honestly, with how impactful S2's finale was with this, you'd think it'd be a lot more difficult to at least patch things up...
It comes off as... Too easy.
7/8 I can acknowledge that Helluva Boss is flawed. Some aspects of its execution could absolutely be better. But I understand the direction the writers seem to be taking, and I want to see where it goes before passing final judgment.
@Manga_Kamen I’d like to give my full thoughts on things and not just the surface bit
But even then? We’d probably come away agreeing to disagree lmao.
Which is fine by me
I just see things differently as do you
@Manga_Kamen I wasn't trying to dismiss your criticism, just as you weren't trying to attack me. But we both interpreted each other's wording negatively
@Manga_Kamen “Gee, it's almost like that's the issue.”
“Yeah, YOU don't see an issue.”
“I don't think that gives you a leg up on this.”
That comes off as sarcastic and dismissive dude
